Interspace Ltd deal directly with suppliers and manufacturers, and use our own trades people to undertake commercial property alterations, office fit out, and office refurbishment projects throughout London.
Office Alteration Projects
A typical project would be the alteration of an office to allow our client to better utilise their existing space. The majority of this type of project is undertaken outside of normal working hours to prevent any disruption to the day to day business activities.
Fit Out Projects
A typical office fit out project would involve taking a bare shell, installing varying types of ceilings, partitions, doors, kitchens, and toilets, along with the mechanical and electrical installation. This provides one point of contact for their project. We oversee the complete complete project from start to finish.
