Case Study – Alterations
Our client required the reconfiguration of an existing area to remove under utilised meeting rooms and re-purpose with an open area for informal seating and desks.
The project was undertaken during weekends and overnight to remove the existing meeting rooms, reconfigure the floor boxes, replace floor coverings, decorate the office area and install new furniture.
We have many years experience in the fit out of commercial buildings.
Depending on our clients needs, we can install any of the fit out elements, including partitions, both glazed and plasterboard, suspended ceilings, carpets, vinyl and LVT, decorations, including electrical and mechanical installation plus any number of bespoke services as required for the project.

Case Study – Office Fit Out
Our client had acquired a premises finished to CAT A fit out standard.
Our brief was to undertake the CAT B fit incorporating offices, meeting rooms, changing rooms, and training facilities, within a ten week time frame.
Taking the blank canvas provided by the CAT A, we installed a variety of plasterboard partitions, glazed partitions, suspended ceilings, carpets, vinyl flooring, WC cubicles, sanitary ware, ceramic tiling, decorations, electrical and data installation and air conditioning.
Case Study – Warehouse Fit Out
Our client required laboratory type rooms to be constructed within their newly acquired warehouse.
The works were carried out over six weeks and consisted of plasterboard partitions, constructed within the warehouse area to create individual rooms. Each room had fully glazed partitions with a manifest to maximise the light and transparency of the scheme. Fire rated timber laminated doors, were provided to each room, mostly with vision panels.
To complete the fit out, lay in grid suspended ceilings were installed, along with vinyl safety flooring.
A full electrical and data installation was also installed along with air conditioning to each room.
